Spa Etiquette


We offer an online booking program, for ease of use, when booking your desired services. We also have Full Time Guest Service Representatives who will accommodate your bookings via phone, Facebook or Email. We do our best to accommodate Walk-In appointments during regular business hours. To ensure your appointments are booked quickly and effortlessly, we highly recommend phoning our Guest Service Team.

We require that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy a cup of our signature tea and unwind in the Nurture atmosphere. Guest Services will use this time to update your profile or have you fill out any necessary paperwork.

Group Bookings

Because Group bookings take up a significant amount of time, we require a credit card (VISA or Mastercard) on file at time of booking. This will ensure your bookings are confirmed and held for your party. Please print, fill out, and return the proper documents. Management will contact you to ensure all information received is accurate.

Bridal Parties
You will be required to schedule a consultation with your service providers, to better ensure ease of timing on your big day. You will be contacted by Guest Services or Management to arrange these dates.

Please note: If everyone is covering the cost of their own services, we will require individual credit cards to keep on file. If there is only one card on file, that person will be solely responsible for the full group payment at time of checkout.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice should you need to make any changes to your booking (adding or removing services, adding or removing guests,) or should you need to cancel. Please ensure to contact Guest Services directly at 403-600-9029 to ensure a prompt reply. We strive to ensure consistency for our Service Providers and other Guests, therefore your credit card will be charged the full amount of service(s) cost in your absence, should you fail to comply with policy.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Because we offer personal services, we require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellation of appointments. Cancelling with little notice, or no-showing your service provider, significantly affects us all. Failure to notify us of changes or cancellations within the 24-hour time frame, could result in a $25-dollar fee on booked services under 1 hour, and a $50-dollar fee on booked services over 1 hour.

Price Changes

Our prices are based on a level program, allowing experienced service providers opportunity for growth within their industry. Prices listed on our Service Menu are based on a New Talent level. Depending on your service provider, pricing may increase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Cell Phones

We offer peace of mind and serenity to Salon & Spa Guests. To offer tranquility, and we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone for the duration of your experience. Services and providers are time sensitive, and we want to ensure your visit with us is completed in timely fashion.

Unsupervised Children

To ensure your Nurturing experience, and in consideration to other Guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing along your children to your “You Time”. Enjoy your time away from home. You’re worth it!
